Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchanges are applicable for items damaged during shipment, reported on the same day of receipt, subject to product availability.
- The original piece must be returned in its original condition with the receipt.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning items for exchanges and these are non-refundable.
- In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please inform us on the same day of receiving it. We will replace the damaged or broken piece if the damage is due to a manufacturing issue on our part.
